    You ARE my FCR, Duchess. I know it will be hard for you to relate, but it is raining in Austin and we've been in a terrible drought. We'd like to thank you for showing us how to celebrate. We are just doing it in the rain. So we are both enjoying our varying lots today. Rock on, D, and thanks for the lesson in how it is done.
