Binky Binky Bin-KY! (And some running!) Part 3

Here I go!

I don't know what it is, but running around and jumping is just too much fun!

Definitely one of my clearer running pictures!

 Landing a Binky!

It's blurry, but this is how I start my binky runs!

*Right* before I flip around!

And Finally...

It may be blurry, but this is sort of my "Traditional" binky pose!

Until next post!

3-2-1...Lift Off! Part 2

...And we have Lift-Off!

But off course a few things have to happen before lift-off!

First, you have to sit there and build up the gorgeous factor:

Look into my eyes and tell me how gorgeous I am. You can say it more than hundred if you wish...

Then you have to do something silly and adorable, but not quite amazing. This is just a reminder that you are capable of doing things other than looking gorgeous!:

Ok, yes I *have* posted this one before, but I look soooo cute!

Then, amaze them with  your amazing running abilities:

The Slave says I look like a Kangaroo in this picture!!

Look familiar? Yeah. I helped invent the sport of speed skating.
Or at least I could've.

Now, while you're running around and looking all cute, you surprise them by showing how althetic and even MoRe amazing you are!

 Slightly blurry, maybe...
Nice binky? I think so!

But of course you have to stick the landing. Preferably with style, that way you are even more amazing if that's possible:

Well that's all for now! Stay tuned for part 3!!

...And They're Off! (Technically "She's Off" If You're Trying to be Correct) Part 1

...And She's Off!

And now, without further ado, I present the first of several binky blogs! The Slave finally got the chance to look through pictures and actually found a few goodies that we haven't used yet!

Oh wait, I said "Without further ado" didn't I? Better get to it then!

Wohoo!

Look Slave! No paws!

Now what Chocolate Bunny blog post would be complete without a beauty picture? Hm?

Exactly, none!

The Slave thought I looked particularly gorgeous out in the sun this afternoon!

Well that's all for part one. Stay tuned over the next few days for more!

Interesting, Very Interesting...Part Two

Geez Louise, Are we ever going to get to the Binky picture blog?

Don't worry, the next blog up, Binky Pictures!

 Now, onto part two!

Yet another Should've Would've Could've! But this isn't half as bad as, say, this one...

You can hardly tell that's me!

And now, last, but certainly not least, one of the most interesting pictures the Slave has gotten of me...

 Face-Plant!

Looks like I fell on my head!!! This picture is so bizarre, yet the Slave knows nothing strange happened during the binky run, yet it looks like something did!

Sometimes the Slave has no idea what I do in order to do poses like this!

Hope that everyone has enjoyed the past few blog posts! Keep your eyes peeled for the binky blog!

Running Running Running

It is during this time, that I would like to acknowledge some nice, clear, running pictures of Moi.

After that DISASTROUS blog the other day, I'd like to show you some nice, non-blurry, running pictures of yours truly. A sort of reminder, until we get to the Binky blog, that my Slave can indeed take decent pictures of moi:

Well that'll do it for running pictures of me! Check back in a day or two for part two of "Interesting, Very Interesting..."

      Until next time!

Interesting, Very Interesting...Part one

Well this past run time, the Slave was trying a "New Technique" for getting binky pictures...And she ultimately failed a few times to get some really nice ones of me!

First off, she accidently left the camera in a different mode, so some already interesting poses, became a bit more interesting!

I call this first one, the Headless Binksbun...

  Reet reet reet reet!
*Scream in background*

The Slave has no idea how I managed to do that little trick!

Next up, are some would've should've could've pictures(AKA neat pictures, just blurry and/or pictures of my bunny bum)

Ah yes, look at the crystal clear back ground...Wait, how'd that bunny get there!

In that picture, I look like I'm grooming in mid-air! I call it the praying mantis pose. (Or should that be "praying buntis"?)

Too bad she didn't get a different angle for these next two!

Well that's all for part one! Stay tuned for part two!

Adoptables Enjoying MoRe Goodies!

We heard that the wreaths we brought this past month were a big hit! Looks like I need to act a little less like a pig over the next few months so we'll have more saved for the Adoptables! Heehee

Thanks to Wendy L. For the video!

I Don't Always Flop...

I'm not very well-known for flopping, in fact, I rarely flop, so it was strange for the Slave to see me flopped out in the run.

I've been doing great! Finished up my last round of Baytril today, my banana bunny bites came in the mail, the Slave doesn't feed me enough, and she can't empty the litterbox fast enough. Oh, and I've been finding all sorts of things to chew on.

Within the next few days I'll be posting another binky picture blog, so stay tuned!

 In the meantime though...

   I don't always Flop,
but when I do,
I look my best.
(Stay Floppy my Friends.)

Back To The Old Grind Stone...

Eh? What's that?
You want me to Binky?

Well I'm happy to say that I'm feeling loads better! The Slave figured out that I like my Baytril with banana, which to her is sort of an oxymoron, but it's the best way to get me to take my medicine! Thankfully sugar doesn't affect me too badly, so she thinks I'll be fine.

Today was my second day I got to go in the run. She had brought me out yesterday, but by that point it was too late to take pictures, as the sun had gone down too much. So the Slave brought me out today and got some nice pictures of me!

And a blog post wouldn't be complete without a binky picture! =)

So I'm doing well, the Slave wouldn't say I was 100%, but definitely %99.99, heehee. I've got about 5 more doses left to take of Baytril, so we'll see how I continue to do on it!

   Until next post!

Been a Bit Under The Weather =P

  Yeah, well not anymore.
So quit it with the medicine.

This past Wednesday the Slave woke up to find me bloated, and not wanting to eat. The Slave tried giving me gas-x, etc. but it wasn't working. Long story short, the gas I had wasn't caused by a blockage, or diet, but possibly by the beginnings of an infection. So thankfully I only had to spend one night's at the vets, and was able to go home Friday.

Now I'm home and doing well! My stomach is about 4 times smaller than it was before, and I'm eating and pooping like I should be! I'm eating my Cilantro, hay, and other herbs like crazy, but lettuce I'm kind of "saving for later". I'm pretty much back to normal, the only real difference is that I'm begging/ready for pets more so than usual...

So I am VERY happy to be home and I'm doing well! The Slave's still going to be keeping on eye on me, and I still have 6 more doses of Baytril to take--YUCK! She tried disguising it in Pumpkin, but I'm no fool! So I'm not very happy about that, but at least I'm home!

I'll be back to my regular blog posting soon!

Adoptable Of The Month--Grammy!

Hello Everybun!

I am now going to be doing a feature blog post once a month spotlighting an adoptable from a rescue! Since I'm adopted, I like to do anything I can to help get more exposure to adoptable bunnies!

 This month's featured adoptable is:

 Grammy!

Grammy is an adoptable at Magic Happens Rabbit Rescue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Miss Grammy and her siblings were surrendered to the Slidell pound by a breeder, and arrived at Magic Happens September, 2011.

Upon arriving at her foster home this past December, her personality really started to shine! She went from being very timid, to being an attention hog!

Her foster family reports that she absolutely loves attention, and will do anything to get it! She's a big fan of snuggling on the couch, and pretty tolerant when it comes to being held.

As you can see from her picture, She doesn't mind dogs,(Or cats!) and gets along with other bunnies fairly well; as long as the other bunny doesn't demand pets from her!

 She loves remodeling cardboard houses:

And likes to play with her toys! Her favorite toy is atoy ball that dispenses treats!

Good luck sweet Grammy, hope you find your furrever home soon!

You can read more about her on her petfinder profile here

She also has a Bunspace Profile, where you can see more cute pictures and video's!

Grammy is a foster bun, and if you ask me, foster homes are appreciated enough! Thanks to foster homes, bunnies like Grammy are given even more opportunity to really open up and let their wonderful bunny personalities shine. This in turn helps the rescue to know if the bunny would be a good match for potential adopting families.

If you can't adopt, maybe you could foster! And if you can't foster, but want to help, you could always sponsor a snip for a bun at Magic Happens!

I'll be doing a featured adoptable every month at the beginning of the month. If anybun has a foster bun they'd like to spotlight, or if there's a rescue who'd like to have an adoptable spotlighted, just send me an email at Duchessbunny@gmail.com

Be sure to include what rescue the bunnies from, and preferably a link to a petfinder profile, which would have all the information necessary for adoption. Also information about their personality, and cute, recent pictures and/or video's would be great!

Watch it Buddy!

Hey! I know it's been a few days, but that doesn't mean you have to sneak up on me!

Thankfully we've got our electricity back, in record time too! Today the run was *almost* dried out, so I was able to have a pleasant run time! The Slave brought me out to get my jitters out the other day, but I did NOT like all the puddles! So the Slave said "Hey, let's go sit on the porch!" So we did. But apparently that meant getting plucked. *Sigh*

And on top of getting plucked, there were lots of noisy hummingbirds flyin' around! The Slave saw some of them flying around the empty feeders while we were getting pounded by Isaac, so she refilled some feeders. Now we have 10 or more hummingbirds hangin' around!

They're so pretty! And noisy too! Those squeaky little buggers sound kind of like mice! Chirping all over the place and causing an uproar.Very territorial birds!

 Anyway...

  Now I look like this:

The fur she plucked earlier is longer, but now I've got some more super short fur that needs to grow faster!!

So until then, I think I'll stick with pictures of my pretty face...Unless of course the Slave gets a good binky picture! Heehee

      Until next post!
